Haiyabou (佩矢坊 Haiyabō?) The first named member of the Rokki-dan to be introduced.
Plot[]
Introduction of the Rokki-dan[]
Haiyabou confronts Sukezane Baro after a handful of nameless Rokki-dan members are killed. When asked who he was Haiyabou only answered as Rokki, and for a short time they fought on par with each other, but Haiyabou underestimated Baro's blade, saying that it could not outmatch his Naginata in terms of speed. Haiyabou's confidence lead to his demise as Baro's blade had holes dug into it to lighten its weight and increase its speed. Haiyabou is accidentally killed by Baro who had meant to question him first. Later on, Haiyabou is temporarily replaced by Ryo Soma.

Haiyabou was a strong warrior but lost fairly easily after underestimating Sukezane. Although he held up much longer than the other masked Rokki-dan members.
